Founded in 2017, Passmore Cleaning is a family run business. It started with an ambitious woman cycling round Falmouth town with henry hoover strapped to an electric bike – sustainable from the start!
The vision was to create a cleaning company in Cornwall that gave excellent training to staff, treated them fairly and to build a workforce people would be proud to be a part of.
Equally, the aim was to create a cleaning service clients could really trust. With reliability and communication at the forefront, Passmore Cleaning is a business that aim to provide a hassle-free service from the get go.
Fast forward to now, we are a proud to be growing team of hard-working local staff who service throughout Falmouth, Truro, Redruth, Camborne, St Austell, Bodmin, Newquay and Hayle.

The woman who started it all in 2017 and hasn’t stopped since. With a passion for quality and a history of commercial cleaning experience, our director is the driving force behind our steadfast values and continued sustainable growth.

Senior Manager
Second in command, management support and an ideas whizz. Kate identifies development opportunities and creates the processes that continually improve the company. She can and will do everything and anything the team needs.
Loves: Cold Sea Swims, Nature and her 3 cats.

Operations and Sales Manager
Our super multi-tasking queen of operations Chloe is first point of contact for our clientele. Bringing joy and motivational energy to the office, her hard work ethic is contagious as is her zealousness to deliver an exceptional service.

Health and Safety Manager
Everybody loves Sam. The office favourite known for his gentle and calming demeanor. His role is a quiet one, preparing the neverending conveyor belt of health and safety documentation needed to keep everyone in the company safe.

Organising holiday and sickness cover for over 100 client sites with an ever-growing workforce is no easy feat. The whole team rely on Sam’s problem solving and exceptional organisation skills to keep the shifts running smoothly.

Trainee HR Manager
Starting off as a part-time cleaner, Eve showed exceptional work ethic and intuition in her role and was seeking to grow her skills in the workplace. Her dedication to the new HR role and learning speed impresses the team every day.
