Passmore Cleaning’s offices are located in Falmouth and our professional cleaning services currently operate in south and mid Cornwall. We can set up and manage commercial contracts, event cleaning, temporary contracts and one-off office deep cleaning in these Cornish towns and their surrounding areas. Our Story
Founded in 2017, Passmore Cleaning is a family run business. It started with an ambitious woman cycling round Falmouth town with henry hoover strapped to an electric bike – sustainable from the start!
The vision was to create a cleaning company in Cornwall that gave excellent training to staff, treated them fairly and to build a workforce people would be proud to be a part of.
Equally, the aim was to create a cleaning service clients could really trust. With reliability and communication at the forefront, Passmore Cleaning is a business that aims to provide a hassle-free service from the start.
Fast forward to now, we are proud to be a growing team of hard-working local staff who service throughout Falmouth, Truro, Redruth, Camborne, St Austell, Bodmin, Newquay and Hayle.

What TYPE OF CLEANING DO YOU DO?
Passmore Cleaning specialise in commercial cleaning. Our services are primarily aimed at business clientele with properties and facilities that require regular weekly cleaning and/or fire alarm checks.
Moreover, we deliver deep cleans for commercial premises and such as new or ending office tenancies and ‘refresh’ cleaning for businesses. Where needed, our team will carry out an initial deep clean to bring a property back up to standard before starting a new contract.
Finally we operate on one-off commercial cleaning projects. From annual events needing public facilities cleaning, litter picking and waste management to providing temporary professional cleaning services for businesses in need of a cover cleaner.

How DO YOU MONITOR CLEANING STANDARDS?
We have a dedicated management team that supervise the cleaning quality and health and safety compliance of our client sites. Periodic site visits are carried out throughout the year to ensure our service is up to standard.
On top of this, each week our cleaning staff complete a twelve point checklist to double check compliance and report any issues and suggestions on a dedicated site Whatsapp. This is monitored by our management, passed onto clientele and ensures everyone is updated on the current state of each contract.
Communication with our clients is paramount. We actively request feedback and respond quickly to any actions that need addressing. The whole team is trained to understand that feedback is an opportunity to deliver the best service possible.
We’ve made sure top-quality cleaning standards and customer service is built into Passmore Cleaning’s daily operations.
Are YOU AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY COMPANY?
Yes, at Passmore Cleaning we are committed to the environment and operate consciously and responsibly. We continuously measure our impact and strive to improve as eco-friendly products, technologies and methods become more widely available.
From the beginning staff are trained on environmental sustainability as part of their core online training. Furthermore, eco-conscious cleaning methods are taught to staff and adopted when cleaning commercial sites all over Cornwall.

When CAN YOU START A NEW CLEANING CONTRACT?
Passmore Cleaning aim to start a contract within 3 weeks of new clients accepting a quote. This period can fluctuate depending on factors such as current staff availability, location and existing operations.
Our focus is to employ staff in the area we are servicing to reduce fuel consumption and give local people local job opportunities.
Occasionally our employees become ‘at capacity’ with their current roles and we need to grow our team to meet demand. Depending on hiring success, new clients will have a trained staff member in place until we find the right permanent person for the role.
