When you hire Passmore Cleaning, we take full responsibility and have all the paperwork to hand. We bring our own professional-grade, COSHH-compliant (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) products, and our staff are fully trained in safe handling and usage. That means no risk, no hassle, and no extra paperwork for you—we’ve got it all covered.
Moreover, if you already have your own COSHH product systems in place, we can seamlessly adopt your existing processes and train the staff on any specialist cleaning products. We simply request a copy of the SDS and COSHH RA for our own staff training and compliance for our own health and safety files .

When CAN YOU START A NEW CLEANING CONTRACT?
Passmore Cleaning aim to start a commercial cleaning contract within 3 weeks of new clients accepting a quote. This period can fluctuate depending on factors such as current staff availability, location in Cornwall and existing operations.
Our focus is to employ staff in the area of Cornwall we are servicing to reduce fuel consumption and give local people local job opportunities.
Occasionally our employees become ‘at capacity’ with their current roles and we need to grow our team to meet demand. Depending on hiring success, new clients will have a trained staff member in place until we find the right permanent person for the role.
How DO YOU MONITOR CLEANING STANDARDS & cleaning quality?
As well as daily cleaning checks by staff each visit, we have a dedicated management team that supervise the cleaning quality, environmental aspects and health and safety compliance of our client sites. Periodic site visits are carried out throughout the year to ensure a our service is up to standard.
On top of this, each week our cleaning staff complete a twelve point checklist to double check compliance and report any issues and suggestions on a dedicated site Whatsapp. This is monitored by our management, passed onto clientele and ensures everyone is updated on the current state of each contract.
