Summer Deep Cleaning Staff

Monday – Fridays in between 9 am and 6 pm.
Falmouth
We are looking for a team of dedicated weekday summer cleaning staff members (with the odd weekend thrown in) who can help with our increased seasonal workload in 2021.
The hours and days will vary from week to week due to the nature of this type of cleaning. The work will consist of end-of-tenancy cleaning, builders cleaning, sparkle cleaning and one-off deep cleans. It is a fast-paced environment and hard work at times however, we do look after our staff.
This is not a holiday-let weekend position – you will largely have weekends free.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- enjoys cleaning
- works really well in a team environment
- takes instruction well
- has a ‘lets get this done’ attitude
- high attention to detail
- great time-keeping skills
- can drive to or lives in Falmouth
- (if drives) has a full clean driving license and working car
Weekend Supervisor Cleaner (not holiday lets)
Multiple Sites – Falmouth and Penryn
Weekends (weekdays available)
We are looking for someone who wants to join our cleaning team and be part of a growing, local business. This specific role is new to the company and we basically need a superstar to look after our business on the weekends – from cleaning and covering regular commercial sites to end of tenancies and the bigger cleaning projects that sometimes go into the weekends. With a busy summer coming up, it is a role that you will make your own and it is a permanent position.
For the right candidate there will be cover work available throughout the week too if you are looking to boost your hours. We are a national living wage employee.

- 3 + years cleaning experience

Early Morning Cleaner - 10hrs pw
Falmouth Town
Wednesday – Sunday approx. 7.30 – 9.30 am
A permanent, contracted commercial cleaning position working five days a week for two local eatery businesses. The hours are split over the two sites and it is a lone working position.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- is looking to commit to a permanent position
- can drive or lives in Falmouth
- has a proactive attitude
- high attention to detail
- 2 + years of cleaning experience
- able to follow a site file and cleaning schedule
- is friendly and professional with clients
- will be able to complete all health and safety training and qualifications
- (if drives) has a full clean driving license and working car
Our task is to clean our client’s premises to a very high standard and disinfect touch points – including but not limited to hoovering, mopping, height, bathrooms, windows and general hard surfaces.
If you are looking to increase your hours we have one-off work such as end of tenancy cleaning and cover work that, if interested, you will be considered for.
Morning Weekday Cleaner - 10hrs pw
Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn
Monday – Friday – 7.30 am till 9.30 am
A permanent, contracted commercial cleaning position working five days a week for a great local business. You will be paired with another member of staff, so teamwork is key. This site is a mixture of office spaces, corridors, kitchens, workspaces and welfare facilities. Our task is to clean our client’s business premises to a very high standard and disinfect touchpoints.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- is looking to commit to a permanent position
- has a proactive attitude
- high attention to detail
- 2 + years of cleaning experience
- able to follow a site file and cleaning schedule
- is friendly and professional with clients
- will be able to complete all health and safety training and qualifications
- can drive or lives in Penryn
